Community Development

 Total Concept provides services to municipalities and other non-profit organizations through our Community Development Efforts. We have assisted and managed a number of projects including Historical Renovations, ADA projects, Downtown Renovation, Infrastructure projects, and Flood Relocation. We have also acted as the sponsoring entity for other agencies in pursuing grand funds and subsequent management.

Community Projects

Community Revitalization serves as the most observable business line to the people of the Tri-Counties.

Its function is to facilitate projects for local governments or smaller non-profit organizations.
